Villa Esplanada is a comprehensive development located on the former oil depot at Tsing Yi Island. It comprises ten blocks of 36-storey residential towers, with a total GFA of 205,630m², including landscaped podium, carpark, clubhouse and ancillary retail area. Extensive non-typical civil and structural engineering designs are involved.
