We provide our services with pride. In doing so, we have accumulated years of experiences and knowledge in consultancy designs. The following is a short list our people as an introduction to present the extent of our abilities in our consultancy services.

Mr. Mo, a Director of W&O, has over 30 years of experience in the design of large-scale fast-track building developments in Macau, Asia and America. Mr. Mo is involved in all major projects undertaken by the firm from conceptual design, detailed design to construction stage. He personally directed the structural consultancy efforts for Wynn Macau, Wynn Encore, Wynn Palace and South Junket Renovation, providing particular advice on structural detailing for special features. He was the Project Director for several award-winning projects in Hong Kong, including the HKCEC New Wing and Atrium Expansion, APM Millennium City 5, Upper House Hotel Conversion and Sheung Shui Slaughterhouse, as well as for contemporary landmark buildings such as Pacific Place, Times Square, Harbor City and HKU Centennial Campus.

Mr Li possesses over 27 years of working experience in structural, geotechnical and civil engineering design for a variety of projects in Hong Kong, Macau, China and Southeast Asia. His wide exposure to large-scale site formation, foundation works, deep basement excavation, and his knowledge of innovative techniques and practice are noted. Mr Li is a practising AP/RSE/RGE/RI for over 30 years. He is the RSE for the University of Hong Kong Centennial Campus (Grade 2 & 3 Heritage Buildings 1920’s), Murray Building Hotel Conversion and China Resources Hotel (foundation and basement re-use). Mr. Li also participated in the Shanghai Central Plaza project (Heritage Building 1911) previously.

Mr. Cheung has over 20 years of working experience in structural engineering design with this office, for various fast- track projects in Hong Kong, Macau and Southeast Asia. Mr. Cheung joined W&O in 1990 and has led a team of designers undertaking various hotel, commercial, residential and institutional projects in structural steel, post-tensioning and reinforced concrete construction. He took charge of structural design for large-scale fast-track developments including HKU Centennial Campus and Lee On Government Quarters. Mr. Cheung has been fully engaged in the Wynn Macau, Wynn Encore, Wynn Palace and South Junket Renovation projects as Project Structural Engineer, and participated in all stages of structural engineering work including coordination and unique design features.
