Tin Shing Court is a development of eight 41-storey Concord Blocks with 2,560 units of Housing Ownership Scheme for the Housing Authoity. Structural elements including precast façade, precast staircase, semi-precast slab, prestressed concrete pile and bored pile foundation are adopted for this development.
