Sorrento is a residential complex occupying the northern edge of the Union Square. It is a HK$3 billion residential development with five towers of 60 to 75 storeys reaching up to 256 meters above ground. This development of 2,126 residential units is the fifth tallest residential building in the world. The structural works involve transfer plate, system formwork, high strength concrete, damper system, and bored pile foundation 70m deep.
