Departmental Quarters for Customs and Excise Department at 9-11 Tsing Chau Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong. A Fast-track design-build project. 25-storey reinforced concrete structure is well designed with flat slab, transfer plate, column and shear wall system and support by pre-bored rock socket H-pile foundation founding on rock bed at 30 to 50m depth. Structural, civil and geotechnical design services were provided in this project. Reinforced concrete structure with flat slab, transfer plate, column & shear wall system, and pre-bored rock socketted H-pile foundation were used in this project.
