Institutional Projects - Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre New Wing

The iconic New Wing is built on a reclaimed island adding 156,000m² GFA with a level of basement. An innovative lifting and launching method is developed to erect 81m trusses to support the roof. 90m trusses span over a water channel linking original centre. Special pipe pile wall / caisson are used as foundation for the atrium link.
